1. Introduction

2. Donations

2.1. General

All donations made to the Foundation are non-refundable. Donations may be used for the purpose designated by the donor or, if no designation is made, at the discretion of the Foundation.

2.2. In-Kind Donations

Donations of goods or services (“in-kind donations”) must be approved by the Foundation prior to submission. The Foundation reserves the right to refuse in-kind donations that do not meet its needs or standards.

2.3. Tax Exempt Status

The Foundation is a non-profit organization, and donations may be eligible for tax deductions as allowed by law. Donors are responsible for consulting their tax advisors to determine the deductibility of their contributions.

3. Volunteer Participation

3.1. Registration

Volunteers must complete the Foundation’s registration process and agree to the volunteer code of conduct before participating in any activities.

3.2. Code of Conduct

Volunteers are expected to conduct themselves professionally, respectfully, and in accordance with the Foundation’s values and guidelines. Failure to comply with the code of conduct may result in suspension or termination of volunteer participation.

3.3. Confidentiality

Volunteers may have access to confidential information. Volunteers agree to maintain the confidentiality of any such information and not to disclose it to third parties.

4. Events

4.1. Event Participation

Participation in Foundation events is subject to availability and may require prior registration. The Foundation reserves the right to cancel or modify events as needed.

4.2. Health and Safety

Participants in Foundation events are responsible for adhering to all health and safety guidelines provided by the Foundation.

5. Use of Personal Data

5.1. Data Collection

The Foundation collects personal data for the purposes of processing donations, managing volunteer activities, and communicating with supporters.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Haryana, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
